1. To submit to the place of transfer of the Cargo for loading a serviceable automobile vehicle suitable for the carriage of the Cargo and meeting the safety requirements in an amount sufficient to transport the Cargo.
2. Carry out loading of the cargo by the carrier at the expense of the carrier’s own funds in time;
3. Ensure the safety of the cargo during transportation;
4. Deliver the cargo in the direction of Tashkent (Uzbekistan) - Ludwigshafen (Germany).
5. To unload the goods to the destination in a timely manner.
6. To transfer the Cargo to the Consignee after the last documents have been presented (consignment note, waybill, etc.).
